There are some clear difference between these two contenders when it comes to video. The EOS 6D Mark II has no 4K video and records only to MP4 file formats. Its 1080p video can be shot at 30 fps. On the other hand, the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV offers 4K MOV video at 30 fps. It also has 1080p at 60 fps, or even 780p at 120 fps.
The 5DIV records at around 500mbit/s which equals to around 60MB/s, which is why a V30 card won't be sufficient. V60 cards are UHS-II, which the 5div is not. A V60 card will perform no better than an v30 as the v30 is the max SD that the camera can take. Which means the 5DIV can't write 4K in ALL-I to the SD card.
